B&D Flour Brioche Blend - 5 lbs.
For Brioche and similar type breads with a very soft crumb, this flour uses only 25% butter to flour. The end product is similar in every way to the traditional Viennese brioche that uses twice that much butter or more. The blend improves the conservation and shelf life of the brioche.
